Disclaimer

Toolcloak tools are built with care, but they are provided for general information and convenience. Please read the points below.

General information only

Everything on Toolcloak is provided for general purposes. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, medical or security advice.

Accuracy of results

We work hard to make each tool correct, but we cannot guarantee that every result is error-free. Always double-check important output — for example unit conversions, timestamps, hash values, color values or converted text — before relying on it for work, study, engineering or any critical decision.

File and format limitations

  • PDF to Word extracts the text content of a PDF. It does not reproduce layout, fonts, images or tables, and scanned (image-only) PDFs may not produce any text.
  • Image compression and conversion are lossy for formats like JPG and WEBP; keep a copy of your original.
  • Very large files depend on your device memory and may be slow or fail on older devices.

Passwords and security tools

The Password Generator and Hash Generator use your browser's built-in cryptography features. You are responsible for storing passwords safely and for choosing hashing methods that fit your security needs.

Third-party services

The QR code tools (QR Code Generator, WiFi QR and UPI QR) send what you enter to a third-party image service to draw the code. Do not use them for confidential information. Some tools also download a helper library or AI model from a public CDN the first time you use them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Availability

We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Tools may change or be removed at any time.

Limitation of responsibility

Toolcloak is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Site or its results. See the Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
