No. Your table is read and charted inside your browser and saved only on this device.

How many rows can it handle?

It is built for tables of up to about 50,000 rows. Very large files can be slow on a phone.

Which files can I open?

CSV, TSV, JSON (a list of records) and Excel files (.xlsx, .xls). The first sheet is used.
