1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using toolcloak.pages.dev (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
Toolcloak provides free, browser-based tools. We may add, change, suspend or remove any tool or feature at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at harmful volume, reverse engineer or break the security of the Site.
- Use the tools to process content you do not have the right to use, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Use automated means to place excessive load on the Site.
4. Your content
You keep full ownership of anything you enter into or create with a tool. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store or claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you process.
5. Intellectual property
The Site design, branding, text, code and compilation are owned by Toolcloak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or republish the Site or substantial parts of it without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. No warranty
The Site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. See the Disclaimer for more.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolcloak and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. You use the tools at your own risk and should keep backups of important files.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
9. Changes to the terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the moment it is posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
